Do I need anything special on my computer to use Decision Driven® Life?

Just the web browser that you’re using to view this page and the Flash player, version 7 or later. Almost all computers come with the Flash player installed, but click here if you want to download the latest. We also recommend a high speed internet connection (cable modem, fiber optic or DSL). A dial-up connection may work, but is not recommended unless you are a patient person.

How does the referral program work?

We offer a 10% discount on your renewal price for any friends that sign up as a result of your invitation or recommendation. Up to 9 referrals can be credited to you at any time; reducing your renewal cost by up to 90%. The 10% discount lasts as long as your friend has an active subscription. To receive referral credit, tell your friends to enter your email address in the Referred by field when they subscribe.

Referral credits may not be combined with family renewal discounts (see below).

I forgot to enter my friend’s email address in the Referred by field when I signed up; can I do it now?

Use the Ask for Help form and select My account in the I need help with: field.  Then fill in the Describe your problem:  field with your request.  Something as simple as “Please give a referral credit on my behalf to myfriendsemail@email.com” will work.

Do you support family plan subscriptions?

We support two family subscription plans:

• Family Plan (5 users) for $240 per year.
• Extended Family Plan (10 users) for $400 per year.

All family subscriptions plans are renewed each year on their anniversary date.  However, you may cancel at any time by sending an email to life@decisiondriven.com at least 48 hours prior to your anniversary date..

Do you support subscriptions for larger groups?
Group plans are available for that offer volume discounts, tailoring of decision patterns to match the needs of your organization and sharing of decisions among members of the group.  Contact fitch@decisiondriven.com for details.
